Our partner Sylvain Poitras taught medical device law again at EPFL in Lausanne.  Sylvain regularly teaches on this subject at EPFL and other institutions.

Appleton Luff is saddened by the passing of our partner Roberto Rios Herran after a brief illness.   Roberto was with his family and friends, and our thoughts and prayers are with them.

We were blessed to have had Roberto as a partner for over 20 years.  He was a fearless citizen of the world. We will do our best to continue his professional legacy through our words and actions.
